1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdb9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, by placing a bet or wager, or by otherwise accessing any part of the bdb9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with bdb9, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, the placement of bets on sporting events, participation in casino games, eligibility for and use of bonuses and promotions, and the exercise of responsible gaming tools. Additional terms may apply to specific games, promotions, or features, and those additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bdb9.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on bdb9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a human individual — corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any applicable self-exclusion scheme, court order, or regulatory direction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of bdb9 or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or technology partners.

Age Verification Process

bdb9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to a withdrawal, following a deposit, or at any other time determined by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdb9 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and cashier functionality — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bdb9. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdb9 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your account. Any change in your name, address, email, or payment details must be reported to bdb9 support promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdb9 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify bdb9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdb9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your bdb9 account under any circumstances, including family members and close associates. All bets placed and all transactions conducted through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bdb9 account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to the availability and processing times of the selected payment method. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. bdb9 reserves the right to set maximum deposit thresholds, which may vary based on account verification status and responsible gaming settings.

You must only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods — whether bKash accounts, Nagad wallets, bank accounts, or any other method — registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a target period of one to four hours for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods, subject to verification requirements at the time of the request.

bdb9 reserves the right to request documentary verification — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance.

Declined Transactions

bdb9 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or investigate any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the account will be suspended pending investigation and the player will be notified by email.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

All sporting bets placed on bdb9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. General betting rules governing settlement, void bets, event cancellations, and in-play betting are published in the bdb9 help section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance and Errors

bdb9 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that are placed using manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, human error, or any other cause. Where a bet is accepted at an incorrect price, bdb9 will notify the player and offer to re-settle the bet at the correct price or void it entirely. Players have no entitlement to winnings derived from a bet placed at a materially erroneous price.

Casino Games and RNG Certification

All casino games available on bdb9 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) and operates according to its own published paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and game rules. bdb9 does not modify game outcomes in any way.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and single-session winnings limits may apply on selected markets and games. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, any amount won above that cap will not be paid. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market at the time of play.

Collusion and Prohibited Conduct

Any form of collusion between players, use of betting software, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit pricing errors, match fixing, or any other conduct that bdb9 determines to be in bad faith is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdb9 reserves the right to void all associated bets, close the account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdb9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real money stakes — bonus funds wagered on excluded games or bet types will not contribute toward fulfilling the requirement.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be cancelled if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus and withdraw only their cash balance.
• bdb9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already claimed and in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of pricing errors, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new bdb9 players, the offer is valid for first-time account registrations only. The bonus is credited to the account following the first qualifying deposit and will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Welcome bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdb9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdb9 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method and close the account within a reasonable period. Any bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by bdb9

bdb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during or after registration.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single account rule.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a required timeframe.
• Any conduct that bdb9 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.
• A player identified as being under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdb9 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the account holder by email, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdb9 platform — including but not limited to the bdb9 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdb9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdb9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bdb9 content without the prior written consent of bdb9.

Any unauthorised use of bdb9 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdb9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings as a result of a technical failure, server outage, internet disconnection, or data feed error.
• Any loss arising from a bet placed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Where bdb9 is found liable for any loss or damage despite the exclusions set out above, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdb9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdb9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Use

bdb9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdb9 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, age and identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional offers where you have opted in to such communications. bdb9 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Where required by applicable law or where the amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, bdb9 will provide additional notice via email to your registered address.

Your continued access to or use of the bdb9 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
